By accessing or purchasing from Maison Chapuis, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions, but because our ceramics are handmade, slight variations in color, size, and pattern are inherent to each piece.

We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to refuse service at our discretion.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud is suspected.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Maison Chapuis is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For full details, see our Shipping & Returns page.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Maison Chapuis and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Maison Chapuis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
